The past two editions of Program Mentor Wanita Cukup Berani MAGGI (PMWCBM) have been really successfully looking at the outcome from the program itself, especially it has brought life-changing impacts to all the participants.

This year, MAGGI returns with its Program Mentor Wanita Cukup Berani MAGGI (PMWCBM) for the third edition as part of its commitment to empowering women and small business owners, and this was announced recently during the celebration of International Women's Day 2023.

Since the programme's inception in 2020, Program Mentor Wanita Cukup Berani MAGGI has impacted over 3,500 women nationwide. To make the programme even more relevant and in line with the digital era, MAGGI has collaborated with three giant tech companies in Malaysia, none other than Google, Meta, and TikTok
 
This collaboration offers a comprehensive upskilling workshop and masterclass focused on content creation for social media platforms, personal growth, and how to grow a food business

This year's International Women's Day theme, #EmbraceEquity, aligns with our ministry's goal of promoting women's active participation in the workforce. said YB Dato' Sri Nancy Shukri, Ministry of Women, Family, and Community Development (KPWKM).
 
KPWKM is pleased to be part of this encouraging collaboration between the private and public sectors as upskilling women and marginalized communities with digital skills will provide new income opportunities, and at the same time will narrow the gender equality gap. 
 
This is because gender equality requires involvement, cooperation, and support from various stakeholders from all levels. 
 
Therefore, MAGGI will work with the Ministry on grassroots community outreach with a key focus on the B40 community, offering upskilling workshops and engagement sessions to help them tap into the digital economy.

A brand-new online module was introduced at this year's Bengkel Online Wanita Cukup Berani MAGGI and this module is just perfect for participants who want to start their journey as food-based content creators, either as individuals or business owners. 

In addition, participants also have the opportunity to attend the Masterclass: Food Influencer and Content Creator with MAGGI with the help of experts from Google, Meta, and Tiktok to share guidance, advice, and best practices on content creation. 

On top of that, successful influencers are invited to share their stories to inspire participants as well.
