During the extended Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) in Klang Valley, I took the initiative to polish my cooking skill since I seldom do that at home. After checking all the products that I have in the fridge, voila! I have crafted three recipes using Marina, Mother's Choice, Kart's and Meadow Fresh products. So, let's me take this opportunity to share with you what I have prepared, okay? 

My Simple Three Recipes

Roti Boom Vanilla Ice Cream

What You Need To Have: 

Kart's Roti Boom

Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread

Vanilla Ice-Cream

Chocolate Chip/Chocolate Rice

Marshmallow

Kart's Roti Boom

Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread

Instructions: 

1. Turn on the heat on the frying pan. 
2. Put the Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread.
3. Once hot enough, fry the Kart's Roti Boom until golden-brown. 
4. Turn off the heat. 
5. Cut the Roti Boom into smaller pieces.
6. Scoop the Vanilla ice-cream on top of the roti boom. 
7. Sprinkle the chocolate chip/chocolate and marshmallow
   

The Buttery Roti Boom With Vanilla Ice-Cream Is Done!

Side Dish: Pau and Fried Nuggets With Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

Kart's Pau

Marina Chicken Breaded Nugget

Marina Fish Nugget

Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese

Kart's Beef Curry Pau

Marina Breaded Chicken Nugget

Marina Fish Nuggets

 Instructions: 

1. Steam the Kart's Pau
2. Fry the Marina Chicken Breaded Nugget and Fish Nugget (For me, I'm using the Air Fryer)
3. Melt the Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese to make the Cheese Sauce

Steamy Kart's Beef Curry Pau

Beverage: Strawberry Vanilla Chip Milkshake

Ingredients:

Meadow Fresh UHT Strawberry Milk

Vanilla Ice-Cream

Chocolate Chip

Ice

Meadow Fresh Strawberry Milk

Instructions:

1. Pour the Meadow Fresh Strawberry Milk into the blender.
2. Put in the chocolate chip, ice and Vanilla ice-cream.
3. Blend all the ingredient until well mix.
4. Pour the milkshake into the glass and ready to be served
