Menu #1 - Sushi Ball With Kanika Chuka
Ingredients:
- Japanese rice (2 cups)
- Water (4 cups)
- Chuka Wakame
- Chuka Kurage
- Chuka Hotate
- Chuka Idako
- Korean Crispy Seaweed
Cooking Methods:
- Defrost Kanika products for 30 minutes
- Cook the Japanese rice with a ratio of 2 cups rice with 4 cups water
- Once cooked, make the sushi rice ball and sprinkle the Korean Crispy Seaweed
- Add the Chuka on top of each sushi rice ball
- Ready to be served

Menu #2 Udon Sup Ikan Bilis
Ingredients:
- Kanika Instant Japanese Fresh Udon (1 pack)
- Water (300 ml)
- Ikan Bilis Stock Cube (1 cube)
- Enoki Mushroom
- Shiitake Mushroom
- Crab Meat Stick
- Korean Crispy Seaweed
Cooking Methods:
- Boil 300 ml water with Ikan Bilis stock cube.
- Once boil, put in the Shiitake and Enoki mushroom.
- Add in the Kanika Instant Japanese Fresh Udon followed by the crab meat stick.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Ready to be served

For Udon, you can make the fried noodle or eat it with hotpot. It is perfect to be paired with a soup-like kimchi soup for an extra kick.
Menu #3 Breaded Scallops With Sesame Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- Kanika Breaded Scallop
- Kanika Sesame Salad Dressing
Cooking Methods:
- Heat up frying pan with cooking oil for deep frying
- Put in the breaded scallops when the oil is hot enough
- Remove once it is cooked (indicator: Breaded scallops turn golden brown)
- Ready to be served with the Kanika Sesame Salad Dressing
Alternative: Can air-fried using the air fryer.
